Taken to Premiere on Friday, September 9

On Friday, September 9, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., APTN will air the first two episodes of Taken, back to back. The first episode features Tina Fontaine, a 15-year-old girl whose body was found in Winnipeg’s Red River, igniting the conversation of the issue of Canada’s missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls around the globe. The second episode features the stories of Alberta Williams, and Ramona Wilson, young women who went missing from British Columbia’s notorious Highway of Tears.
